What If What I Received is Different Than What I Ordered?

If you receive an incorrect item (wrong pattern, wrong size, or wrong product), kindly follow these steps: 1) take a photo of the item(s) received and the package with your name clearly visible; 2) send us an email with the attached photo(s) and a brief explanation of the problem.
