In the event that you receive something other than what you ordered (wrong pattern/wrong size/wrong product) please follow the simple steps below:
1. Please take a photo of the item(s) you've received along with the package they came in, which clearly displays your name.
2. Please send us an email with the photo(s) attached and a brief explanation of the problem.
NOTE: If you do not contact us within the 5 days that the package in question arrived at your specified location, we may not be able to offer you assistance with your concerns regarding your items.
