What If What I Received is Different Than What I Ordered?
Mix-ups can happen unintentionally, but we're always here to help resolve any issues you may encounter. If you receive an incorrect item (wrong pattern, wrong size, or wrong product), please follow these steps:
- Take a photo of the item(s) received and the package with your name clearly visible.
- Send us an email with the attached photo(s) and a brief explanation of the problem.
Please note that if you do not contact us within five days from the date of delivery, we may be unable to assist with your concerns regarding the items.
