What Is Your Exchange Policy?
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, it is our policy to not accept returns or exchanges. The reason for this is that at Viasox, quality control and integrity are very important to us. One of the ways to ensure the quality and integrity of our products is that every single product that leaves our fulfillment centers is sent directly from Viasox, to our customers.
Another way to ensure the quality and integrity of our products is to not send anything out, which has previously been handled by someone other than us - regardless of whether it has been opened or not.
Notwithstanding, our company policy is to assess all customer issues and attempt to resolve any problem to the best of our abilities. If you have any concerns with your Viasox order, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving their order.
For a resolution to be issued, we will be requiring that you send us a photo of the product you received along with a brief explanation of the issue. The photo(s) should include all original packaging and the shipping packaging, which should clearly show your name.
Unfortunately, if the 14-day period has expired, we may be unable to accommodate your request.

NOTE: We dispatch orders from our fulfillment center within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. If you are looking to do an exchange, and the product has not yet been dispatched from our fulfillment center, please reach out to our customer support team and we'll attempt to change your product before it's shipped out. Unfortunately, though, we cannot promise that a change can be made to your order once it has been processed.
1. We do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind. However, if the order has not yet been dispatched from our fulfillment center (24-48 hours after the order is placed), we may be able to exchange the product before it is shipped out, although this is not always the case.
2. If you have received your package within 14 days and there is an issue, we will be happy to assist you with any concerns regarding the order after we receive a photo showing your product in its original packaging.
3. If it has been beyond 14 days, we may be unable to help.
