If you are not satisfied with our products and would like to submit an exchange request, we offer a no-questions-asked exchange within 30 days of the receipt date. (Available only once per customer/order).
Once our warehouse receives the returned product, they will provide an order form for you, and you will not have to pay for shipping the second time.
The price will be automatically deducted from your order.
Your order will not be eligible for return or exchange if the product:
- Has visible wear or damage
- Is not in the original packaging, including outer sleeves and tags
