Can I Exchange Products?
At Viasox, our commitment to quality control and product integrity means we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures that every product shipped from our fulfillment centers is new and untouched by anyone outside of our company, whether opened or not.
Despite this, we are dedicated to resolving customer issues. If you encounter any problems with your Viasox order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. To facilitate a resolution, you'll need to provide a photo of the product along with a detailed description of the issue. Ensure the photo includes all original and shipping packaging, and that your name is clearly visible.
Please note that after 14 days, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Important: We process and dispatch orders within 24-48 hours. If you need to make any changes to your order before it leaves our fulfillment center, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order is processed, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Licensed Patterns Return Policy
All licensed Licensed items are sold on a final sale basis.
Licensed patterns are non-returnable and non-refundable. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for licensed pattern purchases, including those made by mistake or in the wrong size.
Please ensure that your order is accurate before completing the purchase. Double-check item descriptions, sizes, and quantities to avoid any errors.
