Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges nor issue refunds. At Viasox, quality control, and integrity are paramount. To ensure the highest standards, every product is sent directly from our fulfillment centers to our customers.
We also maintain product quality and integrity by ensuring that no item sent out has been handled by anyone other than our team, regardless of whether it has been opened.
We understand that issues may arise. Our policy is to address and resolve customer concerns to the best of our abilities. If you experience any problems with your Viasox order, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving it.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Send a photo of the item, including all original and shipping packaging, and a brief explanation of the issue. Ensure the photo clearly shows your name. Unfortunately, if the 14-day period has expired, we may be unable to accommodate your request.
Licensed Patterns Return Policy
All licensed Licensed items are sold on a final sale basis.
Licensed patterns are non-returnable and non-refundable. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for licensed pattern purchases, including those made by mistake or in the wrong size.
Please ensure that your order is accurate before completing the purchase. Double-check item descriptions, sizes, and quantities to avoid any errors.
