What Is Your Return Policy?
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. At Viasox, quality control and integrity are of utmost importance. To ensure the highest standards, every product that leaves our fulfillment centers is sent directly from Viasox to our customers.
To maintain this quality and integrity, we do not resend items that have been previously handled, regardless of whether they have been opened.
However, we are committed to resolving any issues to the best of our abilities. If you have any concerns with your Viasox order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To process a resolution, please send us a photo of the product you received, along with a brief explanation of the issue. The photo(s) should include all original packaging and the shipping packaging, clearly showing your name.
Please note, if the 14-day period has expired, we may be unable to accommodate your request.
Important: Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center within 24-48 hours of being placed. If you wish to make an exchange and the product has not yet been dispatched, please reach out to our customer support team. We will attempt to change your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
