Can I Return Items?
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Quality control and integrity are paramount at Viasox. To maintain these standards, every product is sent directly from our fulfillment centers to our customers, ensuring no items are handled by others before reaching you.
To preserve product integrity, we do not resend items that have been previously handled, even if they are unopened.
However, we are dedicated to addressing and resolving any issues you may have with your order. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To resolve your issue, we require a photo of the product you received, along with a brief explanation of the problem. The photo(s) should include all original packaging and the shipping packaging, clearly showing your name.
Please note that if the 14-day period has expired, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Important: Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center within 24-48 hours of being placed. If you wish to make an exchange and the product has not yet been dispatched, please contact our customer support team. We will attempt to change your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
